ABOUT ME
I am a C-suite strategic advisor and transformation executive who thrives as a trusted thought partner to leadership teams, turning disciplined strategic thinking into measurable results. Throughout my career, I've been consistently recruited by former colleagues across organizations due to my reputation for tackling challenging issues with transparent communication and for coaching others with a balance of candor and care. My experience spans retail grocery, services, non-profits, and food and beverage.

As vice president of strategy at PCC Community Markets, the largest
cooperative grocer in the US, I partnered with the new CEO to create
a strategy for modernizing the organization and increasing organizational efficiency, laying its foundation for long-term success and enabling its expansion from 9 to 13 stores over five years with four more under construction to grow PCC to $450M in five years.

I served as the primary C-suite communicator to boards and earned a 100% approval rate on transformational programs spanning growth strategy development, market disruption response, and technology enhancements. With foundational career experience in management consulting with McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting, and strategic leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Company,
I have a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in literature and mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.
I live in Seattle with my westie, Agnes. In my spare time, I'm a huge sports fan, and by sports I mean the Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders and Reign, as well as RuPaul's Drag Race and Jeopardy.
